Cancellation/Rescheduling
While booking your appointment, you will be required to put down a credit card in order to hold your spot. Nothing will be charged to your card at time of booking. Any cancellation or rescheduling that is less than 24 hours notice will result in your card being charged for 100% of your scheduled services. Emergencies happen, if adjustments to your appointment time need to be made please contact us as soon as you can!
Tardy
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered a no show and 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to your card on file.
No Call/No Show
If you do not call to make other arrangements for your appointment and you do not show up, you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
Refunds
The cost of the service is not only for the cost of the product but also my time. Refunds on lash extensions are not permitted. However, every measure will be taken in order to ensure complete satisfaction. Lash extensions adjustments must be done within 48 hours to be considered an adjustment. Past that point, it will then be a fill. Refunds on facial and waxing services are not permitted. Should you purchase skincare or products to take home and the are broken upon your opening, please contact me within 14 days to receive a replacement.
Lash Services
New Client Fill
This is for anyone coming to me with lashes on from another lash artist. I book out more time to ensure I have enough time to go through and fix anything if needed. If lashes are beyond repair you will need to have them removed and have a full set put on. You must have at least 40% of extensions remaining to get the fill price. *Aftercare kit included
All Clients
All clients must have 40% of lash extensions remaining in order to get the fill price. Please Schedule your fills accordingly

Personal Cleanliness
Clients are expected to arrive for appointments bathed and clean. Please avoid coming directly from the gym, outdoor activities, or any other physically strenuous or sweat-inducing activity. We kindly ask that you shower and change into clean attire prior to your visit. For optimal comfort and safety, please ensure your skin is free from excessive dirt, oil, and sweat when receiving services. -
Odor Considerations
To maintain a pleasant and neutral environment for all clients, please avoid wearing strong fragrances such as perfumes, colognes, or body sprays. These scents can be overwhelming in a spa setting and may trigger sensitivities or allergies in others. We also request clients to avoid coming to their appointments with lingering odors, including body odor or the smell of smoke (e.g., tobacco or vaping products). Showering and wearing clean clothing will help ensure a fresh and welcoming experience for everyone. -
Policy on Intoxication and Drug Use
At The Wellness Bahr , the health and safety of both our clients and technicians are our top priority. To maintain a safe and professional environment, we require that neither clients nor technicians exhibit signs of intoxication or impairment from alcohol or recreational drug use. Signs of intoxication, such as impaired coordination, slurred speech, or noticeable odors of alcohol or substances, may compromise the safety and well-being of all parties involved. Clients or technicians who appear to be under the influence will not be permitted to proceed with services or duties, as this may pose risks to their safety and the quality of care provided. This policy is in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience for everyone at our spa. -
Respect for Shared Spaces
The cleanliness and comfort of shared spa spaces are a priority. Please wash hands thoroughly before any services and after using restroom facilities. Clients are encouraged to inform the spa staff if they are feeling unwell or have any communicable condition. Rescheduling your appointment in such cases ensures the well-being of all patrons and staff. -
Technician Hygiene Standards
All spa technicians are trained to uphold rigorous hygiene standards, including wearing clean uniforms, sanitizing tools and equipment between clients, and washing hands thoroughly before and after each service. Clients can feel confident that their health and safety are treated as our top priority. -
Non-Compliance
If a client arrives for an appointment without adhering to these cleanliness guidelines, the technician may request the client to clean up before proceeding with services. In certain cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Our goal is to create a welcoming and relaxing environment, and your cooperation in maintaining these standards is greatly appreciated. If the services you are scheduling exceed $100, and you are planning on using cash, a deposit of 50% may be required to hold your appointment
